Looking Unto Jesus
08/09/2019

Greetings, Friends! What an amazing time! I hope that you have gone outside and looked up, and lifted up your head to what the heavens are declaring! We've had some rain clouds, lately; but Monday (5th) was absolutely clear sky, and I got a picture of Jupiter standing over Scorpius. Amazing how brilliant and easily visible this amazing sign is!

Just the day before (4th), Jupiter started visually standing. So where you see it at, right now, is where it will visually appear to be parked - through the 17th of August. Not till the 18th will someone (with the naked eye) start noticing that Jupiter has started moving position. This is important to keep in mind with this sign: It doesn't really change until the 18th; Jupiter will be standing - in the same celestial picture and portrayal - up through the 17th.

Although many are looking at the peak of the sign (10/11th), we can't make any claims with this sign, and certainly not just the peak. We need to be sober and patiently watch the entire duration of the sign. I'm not worried about the results of the sign, since we certainly have enough drawing our attention to this sign; yet we still do not know a day or hour. The Lord has brought so much to our attention - with much outpouring of insight, wisdom, and Holy Spirit working - that we know this time is extremely important. We do not worry about tomorrow; it will take care of itself. The Lord has directed our attention to this time, so this is where and when we will look up - focusing on what the heavens are declaring and rehearsing right now.

It definitely catches my attention that we are now at the threshold of when Sirius typically is earliest seen in the 7 churches location (near Izmir, Turkey). Considering that Christ twice emphasized the morning star celestial picture - in a book specifically addressed to seven churches in that specific area - it should catch our attention that we are in a small celestial clock time where both of these subject points are meeting!

Celestially, Sirius' rising also marks the peak of summer (in that location), too! There is a lot reminding us of prophetic hints, instructions, and direct things that our Redeemer wanted us to have an ear to hear! Different channels have pointed out how foxes were seen recently at the Western Wall in Jerusalem - right at a time when the vineyards are starting their harvests! Golan Wines started harvesting on the 6th, in northern Golan Heights. This certainly reminds us of the interplay between the foxes and vineyards mentioned in Song of Solomon 2:15-16! "Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes. My beloved is mine, and I am his..."

Here at this summer vintage time, we have soooo much coming together telling us the time - a time of expectation for our Beloved, Bridegroom, Redeemer (the Author and Finisher of our faith), Lord, and King: SHILOH, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, The Lamb of God. It should not surprise us that these same pictures are directly mentioned and painted in the Shiloh prophecy (Gen 49:10-12): "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk."

What a time of year to expect Shiloh to gather His firstfruits! He is the vine, we are the branches! Right at a time that we are also expecting Him to start making His enemies His footstool: treading on them! Multiple pictures and allusions in play right at this summer vintage season and time of year!

Now is when we should most be sober, vigilant, and watchful - because our adversary (as a roaring lion; and the foxes) also knows the time. Let us give attendance to making sure we are hearing what the Spirit saith unto the churches (especially highlighted in the letters to the seven churches!), make sure we are purifying and sanctifying ourselves (keeping the little foxes out of our lives - which hinder fruit growth - and guarding against them), and also make sure that we are bringing forth fruit in our lives - for His glory. He is looking for wise and faithful servants; let us be found with our lights burning, putting on the armor of light, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ must be both the Author AND Finisher of your faith. This is the only Mediator that we can look to for salvation and redemption. Some only see Him as the start - but not the finisher; they make themselves the finisher or maintainer of their 'faith'. Sadly, if one is looking toward anyone but Jesus Christ as the Author AND Finisher, then they have nullified grace; they have fallen from grace. If you want to finish out your faith, or be accounted worthy to finally attain to salvation, then your righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees (Matt 5:20). Obviously, if you could do that, then you could be your own sinless redeemer; otherwise, though, it is pathetic and insulting to Christ to attempt to be. Jesus yields no room for a co-redeemer. When Christ died on the cross, He paid the full amount of whatever sin we would commit - over our entire life; He paid for the full invoice/ransom up front. This is why it is called amazing grace.

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." - I Timothy 2:5-6

As believers in Jesus Christ - as the Author AND Finisher - His grace much more abounds than we comprehend. We are undeserving, and will never be accounted worthy to receive it; we bring absolutely nothing to the table except a huge revolting deficit of sin. Like the thief on the cross, we realize that we have absolutely zero worth or standing before God - we must have a Mediator Who willingly, lovingly, and graciously was willing to Finish out all that we will ever owe. He loved us - and was willing to pay it in full - first. Let our life live in light that grace abounded so much more than what we owe. Under such magnificent and wonderful grace, let us not yield ourselves to sin - taking advantage of the abounding grace (Romans 6); but let us rightly see the grace teaching us to live righteously and godly, in this present world (Titus 2:11-14) - yielding our heart sincerely, truly, and genuinely to Him Who is wholly our Author and Finisher of our faith. And so much the more as we see the day approaching!

"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."

"Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." - Hebrews 12:1-2

Let us search and amend our feet, our eyes, and our heart - to be looking unto Jesus! May our life be an active demonstration of our love for Him! I am my Beloved's - AND my Beloved is MINE. Let us rise up and go out to meet Him, drawing nigh to Him - HEARING Him, LOVING Him, and SERVING Him - FIRST - and HIGHEST ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

Maranatha!!
Brother Daniel
